- Creating a caring and trusting environment in which students, members of staff and community stakeholders practice to communicate with respect and act in support of each other.
- Developing a Career Education Programme to assist students in their subject choices, current and further studies to facilitate a smooth transition into the world of work.
- Reduce indiscipline.
- Foster the creation of resiliency skills amongst all stakeholders equipping them suitably to navigate through rough periods.
- Allow students to display values and attitudes consistent with good practice.
- To foster an appreciation of the self and others hence developing a high self-esteem.
- Fostering an environment of loyalty and civic pride among students.
- Assist students to learn, practice and care for the property of self, others and the environment.
- Aid parents in learning effective parenting skills.
- Help students to exhibit a positive attitude towards community service.
- Assist students in displaying leadership skills through involvement in students’ governance, Clubs and Societies.
- To facilitate and attending workshops and seminars for staff development.
